:D^⎵^As part of the NYTech Week, we are excited to invite AdTech startup founders to join us for a roundtable discussion on the industry trends for AdTech startups and how to prepare your AdTech startup for a successful exit.
Key industry players will lead a roundtable discussion covering:
• Key challenges in operating an AdTech startup
• Adoption of AI and other new technologies
• Trends in investments into AdTech startups
• Trends in exits for AdTech startups.
Confirmed speakers include:
• Ari Paparo, the founder and CEO of Marketecture.tv; formerly co-founder and CEO of Beeswax (acquired by Comcast in 2021); EVP Product Management at Bazaarvoice; SVP, Product Management at AppNexus; Product Director at Google and VP, Rich Media at DoubleClick.
• Terence Kawaja, the founder and CEO of LUMA Partners, adviser to numerous companies at the intersection of media and technology, and the mastermind behind LUMAscape.
• Nick Macshane, the founder and Senior Managing Director at Progress Partners, an M&A broker focused on early- to mid-stage companies in the fields of interactive media and advertising communications and software-as-a-service; the General Partner of Progress Ventures, a venture fund focused on adtech, martech and media tech investments.
The discussion will be moderated by Arina Shulga, a partner at Fox Rothschild LLP. It will be presented in collaboration with AI Marketers Guild and its founder David Berkowitz.
The event will be hosted by Fox Rothschild LLP at its office at 101 Park Avenue, 17th Floor, New York, NY. A roundtable discussion will be followed by reception.
