In a world where attention is currency, how do you turn good taste and creative ideas into a business that actually lasts?
Spring Social NYC is a curated after-hours experience for founders, creatives, and marketers who sit at the intersection of creativity and business strategy. Women who are building something real and want to be in a room full of people doing the same.
The theme this year is The Business of Aesthetics: Turning Attention Into Revenue.
The conversation we’re having is the one nobody is having loudly enough. Content is everywhere. Visibility is being built. But the gap between attention and actual outcomes — clients, revenue, brand deals, subscribers — is where most founders get stuck. That’s the gap we’re closing.
✦ THE EVENING INCLUDES:
📸 Professional Headshot Station - A fully styled editorial headshot set , not a photo booth. One professionally edited image included with every GA and VIP ticket. Come camera ready.
🎙 Fireside Panel — The Business of Aesthetics A moderated conversation with founders and strategists on what it actually takes to turn visibility and content into real outcomes. Clients. Revenue. Brand deals. The systems and strategy behind brands that convert, not just brands that look good. Panel runs 6:30–7:15 PM.
🌿 The Bouquet Bar
A Spring Social signature. Build your own take-home floral arrangement from a curated selection of stems. Every stem is labeled with a word from the theme — Intention. Vision. Revenue. Strategy. Growth. Clarity.
🤝 Structured Networking - Not casual mingling. Intentional connection with women who are serious about building.
🥂 Drinks + A Designed Environment - Complimentary welcome drink or mocktail in a fully designed space. Green velvet. Florals. Warm lighting. A room built to feel as intentional and aesthetic as the people inside it.
🎁 Curated Swag Bag
A take-home bag curated with founder friendly products. Valued at $100+.
✦ THE PANEL
The Business of Aesthetics: Turning Attention Into Revenue
A fireside conversation with founders and strategists on the gap between visibility and outcomes. The aesthetic is locked. The content is going out. So why isn’t it converting? What sits between a beautiful brand and a profitable one? That’s the conversation.
Panelists:
Kameron Buckner is a lawyer, content creator, and founder of Social Docket, an AI-powered platform providing the modern legal infrastructure for the creator economy. Over the past five years, she has advised hundreds of creators on contracts, negotiations, and brand partnerships, helping them secure higher-paying deals, protect their intellectual property, and understand the business behind their creativity.
Brittany Lo is the Founder & CEO of Beia; clean functional bodycare for targeted needs and Beautini. She’s built two brands with transparency, longevity, and a real understanding of the business behind the beautiful.
Additional panelist to be announced.
