My Body is a Playground: A Somatic Exploration of Embodiment, Sensuality, & Desire
In this experiential workshop, we navigate the dance between embodiment and disembodiment, using sensuality as a pathway to deeper presence within our bodies. Through creative somatic methods, guided mindfulness, and sensory exploration, we will reconnect with desire as a lived, felt experience rather than an abstract concept.
Participants will be invited to craft their own unique sensory landscapes, engaging touch, sound, scent, taste, and imagery to cultivate a more integrated, pleasurable relationship with their bodies. This is a space for curiosity, play, and deep listening—an opportunity to move beyond the mind and into the rich terrain of embodied desire.
Drawing and writing supplies will be provided, but feel free to bring your own journal or sketchbook!
