A 60-minute class which blends mindful movement and deep relaxation. The first two-thirds of the session will be an engaging, gentle yoga flow and then we’ll find peaceful stillness while bathing in the sounds of crystal bowls and other healing instruments. Leave feeling centered, grounded and present.
