Did you know you can get audiobooks and support our indie bookstore, The Lit Room? Well now you do. And it’s a great time to join us using Libro.FM and join our Audiobook Walking Club. This is the perfecto summer activity! 📅 Audiobook walking club is held on the first Sunday each month. (We’ll keep you posted if this changes). 📌 Start Location: Oldspeak! We will be meeting at Oldspeak, in the grassy area next to their parking lot (there’s a little picnic table and chairs). We’ll start with introductions and what we’re listening to before we start walking. Our walk will consist of heading over to the Greenbelt, down 36th, you can either walk down to the Boardwalk Apartments with the group, or take your own stroll and meet back at Oldspeak at noon for a drink or two! Cheers! 🍻 Audiobook walking club is led by our friend Erin. Erin Riley is a Boise local, Treefort Garbage Gal, and firm believer that a good story hits different when you’re moving. She’s a standup comedian, a concert band nerd, and will absolutely gossip with you about reality TV or a steamy book if you give her the chance. A sucker for yearning, because the slower the burn, the better.
