In this session I will introduce you to practical ways to activate your parasympathetic nervous system, to not only help you access a deeper, more embodied meditation experience, but one you can re-create on your own at home. This is a small intimate setting where you can receive personalized attention. We will start with coloring and ice breakers then begin :]
