Info and Liability Form

We’re looking for a limited number of food and service vendors to have a booth at the GAGAH birthday party! Only one per type will be accepted (for example, only one permanent jeweler) on a FCFS basis. It’s cheap to join because I want it to be as accessible as possible. The $30 fee will just help cover general event costs since it’s free to the public.
