CultureCon is an interactive leadership development summit designed to help you experience growth in real time—and get a taste of what it feels like to be part of the ACE community.
Rather than a traditional lecture, this is a guided, participatory journey through self-awareness, connection, and collective understanding. You’ll engage in the same types of conversations, reflections, and experiences that ACE members return to throughout the year.
Whether you are a creative, educator, organizer, or emerging leader, you’ll leave with a deeper understanding of how you show up for yourself and your community—and how to communicate that with clarity and intention. You’ll also have the opportunity to meet and engage with ACE members, collaborators, and leaders who are actively developing their craft, voice, and impact across the community.
Throughout the day, we move through the ACE Nourishment Cycle:
- Consciousness - A grounding experience to help you reconnect with yourself and explore what it means to lead from within.
- Love - A deep dive into human-centered leadership and the moment where care for your community becomes a call to act.
- Unity - An intergenerational dialogue where youth voices lead, and adults are challenged to move beyond allyship into active, responsive support.
- Community - A space to move beyond ideas and into articulation—where you reflect on what you’re building, name what matters to you, and share how you are contributing to moving us forward together.
- Active Reflection! - This is not a sit-and-listen experience. You’ll engage with prompts, participate in guided conversations, and document your own growth throughout the day.
We’ll fuel you with brunch from a locally owned restaurant, connect you with passionate ACE leaders and creatives, and surround you with a community committed to development and impact.
CultureCon is a cornerstone of ACE Spirit Week—a living model of growth where we return year after year not as the same people, but as evolving expressions of excellence.
