From there, you’ll be led through a beautiful chakra visualization meditation designed to awaken energetic flow, support release, and deepen your connection to your own inner energy and the energy that surrounds you ✨ Reiki is woven throughout the experience to support deeper relaxation, energetic alignment, and release, followed by a restorative savasana where you’ll receive a brief hands-on Reiki offering 🤍 Bring your own mat and anything that will help you feel extra comfortable (blanket, eye mask, extra pillows, etc.) There will be plenty of small pillows available in the space and a limited amount of extra mats available to borrow if needed.
