Alexandra Goldman (Founder, Artifactoid) and Alexandra Harper (Founder, Women of Culture) invite you to an exclusive tour and reception at the studio of artist Layo Bright.
Layo Bright (b. Lagos, Nigeria) is a conceptual artist redefining the medium of glass and exploring themes of migration, legacy and identity through hybrid portraits, textiles, and mixed media works. She is the 2025 UrbanGlass Gala Artist Honoree.
This is your chance to meet Layo and learn more about her work & process in an intimate setting, while also mingling over wine & light bites with fellow arts & culture enthusiasts.
Just a short walk from the Smith-9th Street subway stop (F,G), this will be a great way to start your Saturday evening with some art and connection.
