ツJob searching can be incredibly draining. The current market is tough, and I truly empathize with everyone navigating the uncertainty, rejections, and stress that come with it.
Over the past 6 years, I have unexpectedly had to enter the job market three different times, not by choice, but because companies shut down or went through mergers and acquisitions. Each time was challenging in its own way, but I was fortunate to land roles within about 60 days.
Going through that process repeatedly taught me a lot about navigating the job market, positioning a resume, and finding ways to stand out, especially when things feel stacked against you.
Since I recently wrapped up another job search (February 2026) and was lucky to land multiple offers, I have been thinking about how I can give back and help others who are currently in the middle of the grind.
So I am organizing a casual meetup in the Bay Area (San Jose, CA). It is an open invite for anyone who is currently job searching or feeling stuck in the process. My goal is simply to share some of the strategies that worked for me, talk through common challenges, and help review resumes if that is useful.
More importantly, I hope it can also be a space for people to connect, share experiences, and remind each other that they are not going through this alone.
