🎉 Who's up for making a few new friends this Wednesday? If you've been thinking, "I should really get out more," this is your sign. We are back at Handlebar this Wednesday for another Nice to Meet You! Our twice-monthly social speed-friending event where adults can meet new people in a relaxed, welcoming setting. Whether it's your first event or you're one of our regulars, we'd love to see you! 🗓 When: Wednesday, July 15th ⏰ Time: 6 - 8pm 📍 Where: Handlebar - 4127 Manchester Ave, St. Louis, MO 63110 What to expect: 👥 Small groups of 4 - 6 people so conversations stay easy and natural 🔄 We mix up the groups every 30 minutes, giving you the chance to meet lots of different people throughout the evening 💬 Conversation prompts are available if you want them, but they're completely optional Included with the event: 🍕 Free pizza 🥂 Arrive by 6:30pm for a free welcome shot! We do a headcount at 6:30 so the bar knows how many shots to prepare. Around 6:45, we'll gather everyone for a quick group toast to new friends and a fun night ahead. Non-alcoholic options are available too. A few quick notes: 🔞 21+ only 🌈 Everyone is welcome—we're proud to be an inclusive space for all identities. 🤝 This is all about making friends, not finding dates. We cap attendance at 30 people so everyone has a chance to talk and get to know one another, so arriving a little early is always a good idea. Once we wrap up at 8pm, Handlebar's karaoke kicks off 🎤. It's not officially part of NTMY, but a lot of us stick around afterward to keep chatting, cheer on the singers, and hang out a little longer. 📅 Can't make this one?
