Your friends assure you it’s just part of the “healing process,” but you’ve waited, and let’s be real — it’s still feeling a bit… off. So, do you keep waiting, or is there something you can actually do? Spoiler alert: there is! Join Teresa, a pelvic floor physical therapist and clinical Pilates instructor, for a fun, candid, and eye-opening workshop. You’ll walk away feeling empowered, educated, and probably wondering why no one taught us this in high school! Location: near upper Noe recreation centre. Detailed address will show upon RSVP. Tuition: $75 tuition fee waived with participation in a 15-minute post-workshop feedback session. Fee: $20 contribution for snacks and drinks!
