Queer Yogi Meetup
The theme of this meetup is all about loving your inner child! Let’s get silly, playful, and love ourselves the way we deserve to be loved now and when we were children. Our meetup is bringing you fun yoga, sound healing, meditative dance, and functional mocktails for a social hour with a live DJ.
This is a suggested donation class with a suggestion of $15-30. Donations will go directly to the South Bay Youth Center which is affiliated with The LGBTQ center in Hillcrest.
Please bring your own mat and anything you may need to feel comfortable during shavasana and sound healing such as a sweatshirt or blanket. Bring a journal and something to write with or you may use your phone for a guided short reflective activity.
