Come be part of Rosewater's rite of passage...as they walk through a portal of emergence and celebrate the release of their first EP, Seasons!!
Rosewater is an Oakland-based band featuring songwriting, guitar and vocals by Antonia Miran and Ellen Chamberlin, accompanied by bass and lead guitar by Bess Hepner, and percussion by Brietta Gregor.
Seasons is the fruition of Antonia's lifelong dream both to record an album and converge a band. Soulful, raw and from the heart, her Americana-inspired music tells stories of seasons -- weaving reflections on grief, beauty, nature and love, and how these concepts shift from moment to moment in our awareness.
Tonight we celebrate the release of Seasons and the culmination of a yearlong recording process with roots going back nearly a decade. In celebration, let Antonia and Ellen sing your hearts wide open and help them co-weave this ritual of joy.
Suggested donation is $30 but none will be turned away for lack of funds. Some small part of donations will cover snacks and bubbly water, and the rest goes straight to the artists.
