We are finally ready to welcome you to the Mantle Thermal Haus Grand Opening!  After many construction delays,  it is finally here! So much love, work, creativity and good energy has been collectively fed into our renovated 1960s bungalow space off of E. Manor Rd, so come enjoy a run, a ride, a yoga, a meditation dance, a sound bath, a coffee & a matcha,  and of course our Sauna and Cold plunges!  Good vibes await and we are so excited to welcome you to Mantle....OFFICIALLY!
