We’re teaming up with *Maison Palo Santo* — a family-run company that sources their sacred wood directly from a family farm in Ecuador — so you’ll know exactly where your Palo Santo comes from, how it grows, and the love behind its harvest and energy.
This isn’t just scent anchor. It’s a story.
Together, we’ll:
🕯️ Begin with a guided visualization to arrive fully
🌬️ Purify with a Palo Santo cleanse — feel the scent rise and the energy shift
🌀 Move with gentle somatic flow to awaken the body
🌀 Practice centering breath work to open the nervous system
🎧 Then, slip on silent disco headphones for a deeply personal sound healing journey
And in real time, I’ll weave in live sound frequencies and group reiki — so even as you listen, you *feel* the healing move through you.
