Welcome to Ugly Duckling - an Asian Sourdough pop up bakery! happening at Dear Coffee (Chelsea)!! 🐣💛 Address: 170 W 23rd St, New York, NY 10011 we are an asian SOURDOUGH everything bakery! think Lao Gan Ma（老干妈) chili crisp focaccias, black sesame honey sourdough, scallion pancake sourdough, and some fun sourdough sweet treats! 🍞 We proudly make everything fresh the day of. We will be having a whole asian sourdough spread, with bread flights, focaccia squares. RSVP is not necessary to attend, but it helps us figure out how much to prepare! Dear Coffee will also be selling cafe drinks during the pop-up! ---- About us: Ugly Duckling is the bread baby of Jerica (event hosting and bread lover) + Maggie (the sourdough master). And we hope to share more of our favorite childhood asian flavors through gut-healthy sourdough treats with nyc! Come try our bread, yap with us, and have fun! <3
