After months of moving together virtually, I’m so excited to share that my Pilates classes are officially happening in person! 🤸‍♀️ While you’ll still have the option to join online, these in-person sessions are for when you want to feel the energy in the room — flowing side by side, receiving hands-on adjustments, and connecting with people who care about moving intentionally. ⚡️ Expect the same fun, strong sequences in an atmosphere that feels grounded and welcoming.
