Puri Nori (뿌리놀이) is a new Korean American community drumming group in Chicago, and this is our very first gathering! Come learn and play some Korean drumming, meet other Korean Americans, and hang out with us. *No drumming experience or Korean language ability necessary.* We meet approximately once a month, and each gathering is designed as a stand-alone experience with dedicated drumming time and social time. You *do not* need to attend regularly or remember material from session to session. Just come as you are, pick up a drum, and play.
