Vol.9: featuring Julian Lopez. Julian, a bay area native keyboardist, is involved in many cool projects of many genres in the scene! Fun fact, he has this rare ability that involves playing the keys and freestyling (how does he do it? 🤔). Julian composes his own music influenced by hip hop, jazz and more, which he will showcase with a talented group of musicians.
Roco Córdova left a lasting impression on me the first time I heard them performing. Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Roco is a vocalist, composer, producer, and improviser based here in the bay. Roco’s work fuses diverse influences with electronic media, chance operations, gradual processes, noise, improvisation, and timbral techniques of composition. Really looking forward to this one!
