HR/People leaders! Take a breather on Friday of Boston Tech Week with a beautiful walk from Cambridge into Boston (and back) hosted by a Boston local. Join HR/People peers who are helping their organizations to level up their leadership in disruptive times. This ~60 minute walk & talk is for informal conversations to expand your network, get help from peers, and identify an action you can bring back to your team to help expand their capacity to lead effectively. Chat about: -Where your leaders are struggling most -What’s worked for you to shift specific leadership behaviors quickly -The leadership behavior you most need to change at your org in the next 90 days Executive coach Farah Hussain, host of the event, will offer just enough structure to get conversation going - and serve as “tour guide” for those of you new to the city. She's available to help you pinpoint your team's needs, and share insights on what works to drive behavior change. We’ll meet in Cambridge, walk the Harvard Bridge over to Boston, and loop across the Longfellow Bridge back to Cambridge. You can feel free to peel off on the Boston side if that works best for your schedule. Please note: This event requires physical activity. Please use your best discretion in determining whether you can participate safely. Most of the walk is relatively flat and is entirely paved. The full walking loop includes two walking ramps, and some stairs halfway through on the Boston side. We will do our best to make accommodations. Group size is intentionally small for more intimate conversation. We aim to curate this group so each attendee has a few peers at a similar company size or industry. Request to get on the list!
