I'm so excited to be back at Alchemia for a pop-up donation-based class!
Mats are provided!
To enter the space, go through Crossroads Cafe on Knickerbocker to the back left of the building. The cafe staff will also happily direct you.
This all-level Yin yoga class is a welcoming space for mental, physical, and spiritual self-care and restoration.
This is a donation-based class with a suggested donation of $15-20. Please Venmo donations to @aimeemein
