Town Strides x Rush Bowls: Alameda Marathon Shakeout Run 🥤 Join us for a community-powered shakeout run/walk around beautiful Lake Merritt as we get loose and ready for the Alameda Marathon! Whether you’re running the full race, cheering from the sidelines, or just down for good vibes and movement, this event is for you. After the loop, we’ll cool down and refuel at Rush Bowls, where we’re debuting a special collab bowl: “The Strider” – crafted to fuel your stride and satisfy your post-run cravings. 🍓⚡️ What to expect: 👟 Light 5K-ish run/walk around Lake Merritt at 6:30PM 🥣 Cooldown + hang at Rush Bowls (right nearby!)7:30PM 🌟 First taste of The Strider bowl — our limited-edition collab 🎶 Good tunes, good vibes, good people Where: Snow Park > Rush Bowls Pace: All levels welcome — run, walk, or jog!
