Welcome back for Pt 3 to complete our 3 week arc, the theme of this week is Care for World. Join us for a midweek evening reset at HUB. Enjoy restful Breathwork and movement practices followed by a meditation on Global Care to lead us into our sound bath. We’ll send you home deeply relaxed to hit the rest of your week in stride.
