Ceremony Botanical Brews is introducing something new to the world of beer: Botanical Brewing, a new category of botanical beer brewed for the next generation of social drinkers. It begins with a clean fermented craft base and is elevated with matching botanicals. The result is beer brewed intentionally around states of mind and ritual, not just flavor.

Join us for the first public pour of Ceremony at Hi Sign Brewing and explore our first two releases:

• Matcha Botanical Pilsner: Calm, focused energy
• Hibiscus Botanical Ale: Bright, cleansing and refreshing balance

Expect tasting stations, Austin local DJ Tradfemme and an art installation created by a local Austin ceramic artist, Katie Stevens, that will be raffled off at 5:15 p.m.

Ceremony Botanical Brews began with a simple idea: beer could evolve through the lens of botanical traditions and modern ritual. Instead of focusing only on flavor and the booze, we explore how ingredients can shape a moment, a mood, create a reason to gather and drinking with intentions.
