Notes from the organizer (Manuel Rigger): Hi everyone, we are excited about the upcoming hiking event and hope that you are as well!
While the hiking will take place as planned, I won't be able to join, as an urgent issue requires me to travel overseas on short notice. You will be in the good hands of Yibo Dong and Ningke Li, who have hiked this route before and will help you find the way. You will be able to identify them easily as they will be wearing a red CFP/SPLASH volunteer t-shirt.
Please also familiarize yourself with the route. In a nutshell, you will start by following the signs to the TreeTop Walk. After that, you take two right turns (once to merge into the main path after the TreeTop Walk, and once to take a small path towards Rifle Range Nature Park and Beauty World). After exiting from this way, you will have to walk for a while on a pedestrian walk next to the street before entering the Riffle Range Nature Park on the left.

Hope you will see some interesting wildlife!
Hi everyone! Looking forward to seeing you all on tomorrow’s hike! Before we set off into the wild (just kidding, it’s still Singapore), a few friendly reminders:
* There are water refill points, but no shops along the way—so bring enough water to keep your adventure spirit alive. If you bring a reusable bottle, you will have chances to refill it .
* Snacks are welcome, but please don’t open them in front of monkeys—they have excellent taste and zero respect for personal property.
* sun protection recommended: hats, sunscreen, sunglasses…or a fashionable cape, your choice.
* Rain is not expected, but Singapore weather likes surprises. A light raincoat or umbrella may come in handy.
* Please arrive on time so we can start together and no one gets lost before the hiking even begins.
