Led by owner Scotty Schuder and Head Bartender Matteo Braguti, Dirty Dick has become an international pilgrimage site for bartenders, rum obsessives, and cocktail travelers alike — helping redefine modern tropical cocktails through a distinctly irreverent Parisian lens: high-level technique without the stiffness, maximal flavor without shortcuts, and an atmosphere that feels more house party than cocktail seminar.
