The Closet Drop: A Curated Clothing Swap + Community Vendor Market
Join us for The Closet Drop, a curated clothing swap and community shopping event in Vancouver, WA.
Bring pieces you’re ready to let go of, shop from a pre-curated secondhand selection, and support local vendors all in one place. Our goal is to make the event feel less like a traditional clothing swap and more like a fun, intentional community shopping experience.

How the clothing swap works
Participants can submit up to 15 clothing items during one of our designated drop-off windows before the event.
We’ll review and curate all submissions ahead of time. Every accepted item earns 1 swap credit, which can be used to take home another item from the swap during the event.
You do not have to submit clothing to attend.
Tickets
General Admission
$10 — Event entry
$20 — Event entry + $15 vendor credit
Last-Hour Entry | 1:00–1:30 PM
$5 — Event entry
$20 — Event entry + $15 vendor credit
The $15 vendor credit can be spent with participating local vendors during the event and is separate from any clothing swap credits you earn.
If you don’t have swap credits
You’re still welcome to come shop! Guests do not need to contribute clothing in order to attend. Additional options will be available for shopping swap items without credits.
Why is there an admission fee?
Admission helps us cover the costs of organizing and hosting the event, including the space, setup, supplies, and logistics required to collect, sort, curate, and manage the clothing swap.
We’re creating The Closet Drop as a community-focused event that supports circular fashion, keeps clothing in use longer, and gives local vendors another opportunity to connect with shoppers.
