VOCAL YOGA: Movement, Breath & Sound

This 75-minute workshop blends gentle yoga, breath awareness, and simple vocal practices such as humming and toning to support relaxation, nervous-system regulation, and embodied expression.
Rather than focusing on singing or performance, this practice invites you to explore sound as a grounding and calming tool -- using the voice to release tension, deepen breath, and reconnect with the body. Movement will be slow, accessible, and adaptable, with time to settle and integrate.
This workshop is ideal for anyone curious about the relationship between voice, breath, and movement, or looking for a gentle, nourishing way to unwind and reset. No prior yoga or vocal experience is needed. All bodies and voices are welcome.
Led by Jennie Gold, yoga instructor and singer.
