Rage and anger are often labeled as “scary” or “ugly” emotions in our culture. The blanket labeling of these very human emotions leaves us stripped of the proper tools to move them through our nervous system safely and regularly. When emotions like anger are suppressed, they are stored in the body over time and will lead to physical symptoms and emotional dysregulation.
Personally, I experienced a dramatic decrease in the chronic anxiety I was struggling with once I started releasing anger in a healthy way with a structured practice.

When a practice is completed with resourcing. You are more likely to have the energy to enter it again on your own when the time comes. 🔥
