And join us for a Friday morning coffee and cold plunge in South Lake Union.
⚠️ This is primarily a social club.
You are NOT REQUIRED to get in the water. ⚠️
Itinerary:
☕Coffee:
6:15am @ Fresh Flours Bakery | South Lake Union
432 8th Ave N, Seattle, WA 98109
Around 6:50 we all drive over, walk, or hitch a ride to the plunge location
🥶 The Plunge:
7:00am @ Lake Union Park right next to the MOHAI museum. We arrive at 7 and plunge around 7:15.
What to expect:
Hype music, great people, and HIGH ENERGY.
What to bring:
Warm Cloths
Swimsuit & Towel
Thermos for your coffee (recommended)
Hand warmers (I really need to get these)
This is a FREE club, but donations are welcome. All money raised will go towards creating more events, getting vendors to attend, and hopefully some saunas!!
