Current and former patients, along with their families, are warmly welcome to join us for a day of food, fun, and connection in the park. It’s a wonderful opportunity to meet other LMFM families and reconnect with our staff. We would love to see you there! With both indoor and covered outdoor seating available, the event will take place rain or shine.
