✨ Sunset Sound Bath in the Park ✨ There is something deeply healing about gathering in nature, slowing down, and being witnessed in community. Join us for a restorative evening created especially for women of color. Together, we’ll welcome the sunset with a nourishing outdoor sound bath designed to support rest, nervous system regulation, and gentle reconnection with ourselves. We’ll then transition into a community talking circle, offering space for reflection, conversation, and meaningful connection. This special gathering is co-facilitated with Andreina Zamudio, founder of Mujeres of Color, who’s work is rooted in creating spaces where women can feel seen, supported, and empowered.
