Cancer Season Tea Meditation: Chamomile
Join us for an evening of herbal wisdom, tea, and meditation as we gather in community to slow down and reconnect through the gentle medicine of chamomile.
Each month we explore a seasonal herbal ally, learning about its history, traditional uses, energetics, and the ways it has supported people for generations. Together, we'll prepare and enjoy a cup of tea while discovering what makes this plant such a beloved remedy for both body and spirit.
This month we'll be sitting with chamomile, an herb known for its calming, restorative, and nourishing qualities. Often used to support the nervous system, digestion, and restful sleep, chamomile reminds us of the healing that can come through slowing down, creating space, and tending to ourselves with care.
Following our herbal discussion, you'll be guided through a relaxing tea meditation inspired by the essence of chamomile, leaving time for journaling, quiet reflection, and community conversation.
Whether you're curious about medicinal herbs, looking to deepen your meditation practice, or simply hoping to spend an intentional evening in community, this class is for you.
Please bring:
• A journal and pen
• A tea cup or mug
• Back support (cushion, blanket, or meditation pillow) for comfortable seating
