Uncooked is partnering with Maison Jar, Stains Brooklyn, Impulse Labs, and Chef Steven Santander from Traveling Supper Club to bring you an immersive culinary experience that celebrates the most overlooked ingredient in your fridge: leftovers.
Yesterday's Dinner is a 3-hour experience. You can join us anytime within the event window, though we recommend arriving as early as possible for the full experience.
The suggested donation for Yesterday's Dinner is $60, which is our break-even cost. If that price is a hardship for you, please donate whatever you are able to. Our average donation is $50.

This is a cocktail-style event with grazing tables and light refreshments inspired by common leftover ingredients. Our menu is clean, low waste, and plant-based to support human and planetary health, and promote animal welfare.
Space is limited, and we expect this event to sell out. We recommend locking in your spot as soon as possible!
Stains Studio is located in Bushwick in North Brooklyn. The closest subway stop is the Morgan Ave L station (5 minute walk).
