🌲 Join us for the 1st Flow in the Forest Session of the year. Same community. A little more shade. 😁 Once in a while we trade the skyline for the trees β€” and honestly? We love it! Yerbana's Flow in the Forest edition brings the full Yoga in the Park experience into the canopy of Woodland Park. Same incredible instructors, same live music, same familiar faces and new ones… just surrounded by a little more nature and a little less city noise. If you've never made it out to a Forest session, this is your sign. With special appearances by Levity Arts and Seattle Flow Arts Collective. πŸŽͺ https://www.instagram.com/levity.arts/ 🌊 https://www.instagram.com/seattle.flow.arts/ Yerbana Yoga in the Park is accessible, outdoor, and open to everyone. No experience needed. No barriers. Just movement, music, and the kind of real human connection that does something good for your nervous system… and your soul. We believe community connection is a mental health intervention. When people gather, move together, and feel like they belong, lives genuinely change. This is what that looks like at scale. 🌲 Woodland Park canopy vibes. πŸ™ Seattle's best instructors. 🌊 Flow art workshops πŸŽͺ Surprise Appearances by Levity.Arts πŸͺ© Live DJs. πŸ₯— A full wellness vendor market on the lawn. And it's been free/by donation, every single week, for six years. Come as you are. Bring a mat, some water, and whoever you want to bring along. 🧘 ________________________ 🎀 THIS WEEK'S SESSION SPONSOR: Halea Yoga Halea is rooted in community, groundedness, and awe.
