What does it actually take to make an organization AI-first- not in slogans, but in how every team works day-to-day? amp is a connected-fitness company building adaptive strength training hardware and software. In this session, CTO Omer Bahari shares how amp drove an AI-first transformation across every department. AI finally lets the engineering mindset escape R&D- marketing, customer success, and ops can now build systems instead of buying tools. This talk is about the leadership shifts that make that real, especially at companies that weren't built AI-native. This event is a part of #NYTechWeek—a week of events hosted by VCs and startups to bring together the tech ecosystem. Learn more at www.tech-week.com.
