🦋 Where do the people we love go when they die? Into the night? Into melody? Into community?
🎻An Emmy-winning Kentucky cellist and singer, Ben Sollee has performed everywhere from NPR’s Tiny Desk to Bonnaroo, Newport Folk Festival, and Lincoln Center, reimagining what’s possible on the cello along the way. More @bensollee
🍷 We'll begin with an open mic: short toasts, songs, poems, stories, for anyone on the other side of the veil, with a special nod to the late great Tatyana Schmid, co founding member of Mount Saint Elias, who’s birthday it happens be.
💫 Want to share on the mic? Request a 3-4min slot at the link in this event. Space is limited and we’ll confirm slots before the event.

☀️ About Tatyana: Adventurer, musician, cyclist, and cofounder of Mount Saint Elias, Tatyana lived to "sing, dance, explore beautiful places, connect, love, create, and share." More at @tatyanaschmid.
🙏 July 22nd also marks the release of a new choir version of “Juicy Love,” Mount Saint Elias's tribute to Tatyana and the places love goes after loss.
