The Tech Week Afterparty for Your Nervous System!
After a week of panels, dinners, pitch decks, introductions, and being "on,” this is a place to come back to yourself.
Join fellow founders, investors, operators, and tech creatives working across health, wellness, and human performance for an intimate closing experience designed to help you soften, reset, and actually take in everything the week held.
We’ll begin with a restorative sound bath led by an Equinox fitness instructor, followed by nervous system regulation led by Jessica Maez, a school psychologist and executive functioning coach, with techniques designed specifically around the needs of founders, investors, and creative operators navigating fast-paced worlds. We’ll close with an easy social hour with good people, good drinks, and no pressure to perform.
Come exactly as you are.
There will be space to exhale, reconnect with yourself, and spend time with ambitious people who understand that high performance and nervous-system care do not have to exist on opposite sides of the room.
Expect a beautiful, restorative setting, premium hydration, functional teas and mocktails, light bites, and real connection.

Schedule of events:
3:30 PM — Arrive and check in with the concierge at the front. Please bring your ID. Guests may receive up to 2 hours of parking validation from the concierge.
3:50 PM — Settle into the beautifully curated space and get comfortable before we begin.
4:00 PM — Restorative Sound Bath led by an Equinox fitness instructor.
4:45 PM — Nervous system regulation techniques built specifically around the needs of founders, investors, and creative operators navigating fast-paced worlds.
5:00 PM — Refresh with eucalyptus towels.
5:15 PM — Enjoy refreshments, healthy light bites, and relaxed conversation.
6:00 PM — The official event concludes, but guests are invited to stay, explore the club, tour the facilities, and enjoy the amenities, including the saltwater pool and steam room.
