They say the quickest and most reliable way to access our superconscious is through solitude and silence, something we don’t get a lot of these days. That’s why I created this 6-hour silent retreat. We’ll gather in noble silence to move, breathe, meditate, eat, and walk together without speaking. I will also be nonverbal and the entire experience will be guided with soft awareness and with the use of cue cards, a printed guide, and bells to signal transition. Through quiet presence and intuitive flow, you’ll be guided into a deeper relationship with yourself and the living world. This experience includes: Gentle movement and sound bowl meditation Guided seated meditations in timed intervals Silent, nourishing lunch at a spiritual vegan restaurant Time in nature at a nearby forest preserve A final closing circle to integrate and reflect Whether you’re new to silence or craving deeper stillness, this retreat offers a moment to pause, reset, and remember your own rhythm.
