The Central Park Croquet Club is officially back — and with it, the return of long afternoons, cold drinks, and just the right amount of friendly competition. Join us for the Season Opener as we kick off another summer of croquet in Central Park. Whether you’ve been with us since the beginning or you’re brand new and just curious what it’s all about, this is the outing to show up for. No experience needed — we’ll teach you everything you need to know in about 2 minutes. We’ll have everything set up: mallets, wickets, and a proper park setup with a curated charcuterie spread and our drink of the day. From there, it’s simple — play a few games, meet some new people, catch up with familiar faces, and enjoy being outside while the city is at its best. This isn’t just about croquet — it’s about creating a space that feels equal parts social, playful, and easy to step into. The kind of afternoon you don’t have to overthink — you just show up and it works. Dress code: casual and comfortable. Think park hang — tees, shorts, sneakers, sunglasses. Come as you are. Come for a game, stay for a while, and help us start the season the right way.
