Social Forestry: Building Relationship with the Urban Watershed @ Bridgespace PDX When the modern city came, where did the rivers and streams go? How does the urban landscape still hold old patterns and old stories? Thursday July 10th 6-8pm, join Permaculture elder Hazel Ward at Bridgespace PDX for a rousing discussion on how to engage as observers and stewards in the urban environment, how to read terrain underneath the built environment, identify and build relationship with the watersheds therein. More info about Hazel can be found here: https://siskiyoupermaculture.org/hazel-ward/ This event is NOTAFLOF, suggested donation 10-20$ at the door. Donations will first be prioritized to supporting Hazel, and then allocated to supporting Bridgespace and the event organizers. Doors at 5:30, event at 6. Food can be purchased at food carts directly across the street.
