Flow in Faith is an intimate candlelight Pilates and prayer experience designed to help you slow down, move with intention, and reconnect with God through mindful movement, live worship, guided devotion, and prayer circles. The experience includes a 45-minute candlelit mat Pilates flow suitable for all levels, along with access to a complimentary charcuterie and dessert table.
Mat + Equipment is included, grip socks and water are recommended.
Doors open at 5:45 PM, class begins promptly at 6:00 PM, and doors will close 10 minutes after class starts to preserve the flow and intimacy of the experience.
