We explore intentional movement to heal the relationship we have with our bodies by utilizing guided dance, yoga, free movement, breathing, and meditation. Qoya is a practice based on the idea that through movement we remember our essence is wise, wild, and free. Qoya is an exploration into how a body wants to move. This practice gives us a map to access our own wisdom through yoga, breathing, and meditation. It pushes us to authentically express ourselves and our creativity through dance. It invites us to expand our capacity to enjoy our body through feminine and authentic movement.
