It's hard to make friends as an adult. It's especially hard to find and make queer friends. CHOSEN is for those of us yearning for community and closeness. CHOSEN is a call to find family. Tonight's Theme: Pride Month Help us prepare for the pride parade but painting a banner together. Feel free to bringing other artsy / crafting materials! (Participation not required). ---- Join us at North Avenue Market in "The Garden" (the basement event space) for our monthly friending event. We'll have games and conversation starters, so come grab a drink, some food, and make some friends! Nervous about coming alone? That's normal! Luckily, the event is set up to get everyone mingling. Many come alone every month, so you'll be in good company.
