Friday, September 25 · 5:00–6:00 PM
Lantern Bay Park, Dana Point
An hour of Korean Tai Chi at sunset, above the
harbor. Slow movement, controlled breath, and
six stances that teach your body to hold its
ground under pressure.
This is not a workout and it is not a class you have to keep up with. You stand, you breathe, you move. That is the whole hour.
You will run all six of the breaths — Lion, Monkey, Crane, Dragon, Gorilla and Tiger — and you will feel the difference before you get back to your car.
Beginners welcome. Wear something you can move in. Bring water.
Donation-based. Give what the hour was worth to you.
RSVP and I'll send you the free Six Breaths e-magazine so you can walk in already knowing the shapes.
Based on Ki Cho Ja Ki. I didn't create it. I built a system around it.
