September 20th ✨ I’m grateful to be returning to The Mind’s Eye to offer Fall Equinox Egg Limpias. 🌿🥚✨ As we welcome the shift into fall, we’re invited to slow down, reflect on what we’ve gathered, and gently release what we no longer wish to carry into the next season. The Equinox offers a moment to find balance, clear what feels heavy, and create space for what’s ready to unfold. Each limpia includes a brief heart-centered check-in, copal to cleanse the body and spirit, an egg limpia to absorb heavy energy, and an herbal barrida to help sweep away lingering energetic residue and restore flow. Whether you’re feeling called to release, reset, or simply reconnect with yourself, this is an opportunity to tend to your spirit and honor the transition into a new season.
