The 7th Annual OFF THE HOOK Santa Monica Seafood Festival is making a splash on the iconic Santa Monica Pier on Sunday, October 19th in partnership with the City to celebrate its 150th Anniversary! It's also the official closing event for LA Tech Week.
This beloved, ocean-inspired tasting event brings together the city’s top chefs and restaurants to showcase their favorite underwater ingredients. Attendees will enjoy seafood tastings, beer gardens, wine tastings, live music, oyster shucking and eating competitions, games, and more fun in the sun with the Pacific Ocean as the backdrop.
As always, OFF THE HOOK is committed to sustainability. The event is 100% free of single-use plastics and highlights innovation and education around ocean conservation because celebrating the sea means protecting it too. It also raises funds for Heal the Bay in support of their efforts to keep our coastline clean.
Santa Monica’s premier food festival features tastings from restaurants such as Santa Monica Seafood, Mastro's Ocean Club, Socalo, The Lobster, Michael’s Santa Monica, Fitoor, BOA Steakhouse, Sushi Roku, The Albright, and many more local favorites!
Tickets start at $80 for GA and $150 for VIP with entry into the Santa Monica Seafood Sustainable Seafood Lounge with one-hour early entry (3pm), tastings from additional top chefs, curated cocktails, premier seating, swag from partners, and free amusement park ride pass to Pacific Park.
