Next up, we’re thrilled to welcome Lydia Richards — a Panama-born sommelier, entrepreneur, and advocate helping reshape the wine industry through education, mentorship, and community.
As the founder of Vino Concierge and co-founder of Hispanics in Wine & Spirits™, Lydia has dedicated her career to creating more inclusive pathways into the world of wine. Her work has been recognized by Wine Enthusiast, Wine Business Monthly, and Imbibe, and in 2026 she will debut Teffy Wines, a boutique label from Santa Barbara County focused on vibrant, low-intervention wines.

A portion of proceeds from the evening will support Hispanics in Wine & Spirits, helping fund mentorship and education for the next generation of beverage professionals.
